  1. Timing of Cancellations: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your order before the start of the next billing period. If you cancel after the billing cycle has begun, your order will remain active until the end of the current month. Your order will then be canceled for the following month, ensuring you still receive the full benefits of the current order period.
  2. How to Cancel:
    • Online Account Management: The easiest way to cancel your order is by logging into your account. Once logged in, navigate to the order settings and click on cancel order to initiate the cancellation process.
    • Email Support: If you prefer, you can also cancel your order by contacting our customer support team. Send an email to help@thinnex.com with your request, order number, first name, last name, email address, phone number and one of our representatives will assist you with the cancellation. Please note by cancelling via email might take 48 hours and go into the next billing cycle. If you would like an immediate cancelation please login to your account.
  3. Confirmation of Cancellation: After you have requested a cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include details about the final billing date and when your order will officially end. Please keep this confirmation for your records.
  4. Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds for partial months. Once a billing cycle has begun, you will have access to our services for the entire month, even if you choose to cancel midway through the cycle.
